Refund Policy – All Sales Are Final

Thank you for your purchase. Please review our refund policy carefully:

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products or services once a purchase is completed.

By completing a purchase with us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Please ensure that you have reviewed all product details and specifications before making your purchase.

Exceptions (if any):
We may, at our sole discretion, make exceptions in cases of:

  • Defective or damaged products upon delivery (must be reported within 72 hours of receipt)

  • Incorrect items received

If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us at support@trulynursce.com within 72 hours of your order, and include your order number and photos (if applicable).

We reserve the right to deny any exception request that does not meet our criteria.

If your order gets returned to us due to insufficient address or incorrect address on your order, you will need to pay for shipping again in order for us to reship items back to you. If orders get returned due to incorrect addresses or was sent back due to not being accepted by the customer and you would like a refund instead, you will be refunded your total amount minus shipping costs once we have received the item back.
